Moscow Exchange Approves Delisting of Globaltrans GDRs

Globaltrans Investment PLC (the “Company” and together with its consolidated subsidiaries “Globaltrans” or the “Group”) hereby announces that following its application submitted on 7 October 2024, the Moscow Exchange (MOEX) decided on 8 October 2024 to delist the Company’s global depositary receipts (GDRs) (ticker: GLTR; ISIN: US37949E2046) from 12 November 2024. Trading of the GDRs on the main market (trading mode “T+1”) will be cancelled from 21 October 2024.
