Notification of First Half 2010 Results Release, Analyst and Investor Conference Call

Globaltrans Investment PLC (“Globaltrans” or together with its consolidated subsidiaries the “Group”), (LSE ticker: GLTR) will announce its financial and operational results for the six months ended 30 June 2010 on Tuesday, 7 September 2010.

Release of financial and operational results will be accompanied by an analyst and investor conference call hosted by Sergey Maltsev, Chief Executive Officer and Alexander Shenets, Chief Financial Officer.
